I can not connect with the internet by the router but I can connect the internet by the cable. I also can not find the driver name for this in the devices management window.

I got tired of this problem

Please help me

Hi:

 

There is no information online regarding what model wifi adapter your notebook comes with.

 

Go to the device manager.

 

If the wifi adapter needs a driver, there will be a Network Controller device listed there with a little ! mark next to it.

 

Post the hardware ID for the network controller device, and I will post the links to the wifi and bluetooth drivers you need.

 

Use this guide to find the hardware ID for a device.

I have not found a device  need to be installed in the device manager.

I mean there is not any exclamation mark over there.

If there is no device like I described, then there is a hardware problem with the wifi adapter.

 

The next thing to try is to remove and firmly reseat the wifi adapter.

 

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the wifi adapter removal and replacement procedure.

 

See chapter 6.

Leave the antenna cables attached to the card if you can when you remove it.   That will make it easier to install it.

how can I get a copy of my drivers in case I changed the system from windows 7 into windows 8.1 for example?

and how I can take a copy of my system in case a problem has happened?

Is there a way to take a copy of the programs I installed in case i changed the system . and not to get a long time to reinstall them from the beginning?

which is the best website can get the programs from and install them ?
