Product: HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i have a home wifi...can not get the printer to connect to wireless wifi i have tried the unplugging the router an a few other things as well but nothing works i have no lights flashing on the printer . When i go on my home internet page i can see the printer as a network i can use but it does not connect on my wifi

I had this problem today and realized I was in the wrong network

For some reason there's 2 on my router a:

ggddguy4g

ggddguy5g

My computer was on the 4g and the printer on the 5g as soon as I put them on the same network....VIOLA everything worked fine
