I can't be able to use Bluetooth on my devices I try different methods like updating drivers and downloading Bluetooth drivers but I can't work it.
so can you help me with how I can use Bluetooth on my pc

Hi:
Not all Probook 6570b's came with Bluetooth.
What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook have?
Does your notebook's BIOS menu show that there is a Bluetooth device installed and enabled?
If not, then your notebook does not have built in Bluetooth.
