The service manual indicates the cards can be removed.
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
However, there are only two Wi-Fi card models listed as supported in the manual, and I don't know if you can replace the AX211 with the AX411.
Any changes you may plan on making to the Wi-Fi would be a complete experiment on your part.
The model series is way too new to have any feedback on what upgrades have been done successfully.

The card is removable.

I could not find any posts where anyone tried a Wi-Fi card upgrade in that model series, but if you want to experiment, either of these two cards should have a decent chance of working:
