The service manual indicates the cards can be removed.

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

However, there are only two Wi-Fi card models listed as supported in the manual, and I don't know if you can replace the AX211 with the AX411.

Any changes you may plan on making to the Wi-Fi would be a complete experiment on your part.

The model series is way too new to have any feedback on what upgrades have been done successfully.

I also have an older HP Spectre x360 - 13-4195dx on which I would like to do a WIFI card upgrade.  Is it possible to upgrade to a faster card?

Thanks

You're very welcome.

The card is removable.

Below is the link to the service manual.

HP Spectre x360 Convertible PC (model numbers 13-4000 through 4099 and 13-4100 through 4199) and HP ...

I could not find any posts where anyone tried a Wi-Fi card upgrade in that model series, but if you want to experiment, either of these two cards should have a decent chance of working:

Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6E 2x2 AX + Bluetooth 5.2 M.2 2230 non-vPro   HP part # M27269-005

Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro    HP part #L35282-005
