The original purchased laptop and setup went great from July 23, 2023. Last week it went blue screen. I got it back on Saturday completely wiped and have not been able to get access to the internet to have the Geek Squad even help me sort this out.  Today I have not been able to connect to anything and now my printer won't reconnect. After the power surge and loss we had earlier today.
