I have recently changed wifi network providers. 

and I am trying to update the printer to the new wifi, however, it is not working, when i open the HP app, and follow the instructions to find the HP printer on my WI-FI list. but it is not there.

I have tried turning my phone the printer and the modem off with no joy.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please treat this as new router and use the following instructions to fix:


                         https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1736500-1626554-16


Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
