Hello,
recently i was deleting apps that i have no longer using, then the next day i notice that i have no internet connection no wifi no ethernet also i tried to update drivers since it have a yellow warning, and every time i get windows is still setting up the class configuration for the device. (code 56)
i tried different troubleshooting steps and no change on the wifi status.
any HELP?

See if there is a window restore from before you made those deletions

If no restore then try installing these drivers that I found here.

 

Ethernet lan:  https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101001-101500/sp101039.exe

 

Wifi:  https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96501-97000/sp96885.exe
