Product: HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I printed the Printer Information Page which reads 'This printer is connected to the wireless network "Bell****". Signal strength is excellent. However I also printed the HP Network Configuration Page, and it reads Internet: Not Connected.
I am unable to scan. My desktop HP Smart app always states the printer is offline.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Same result. Do I interpret that it is not connected to the wireless?
