recently had new wifi installed and I am having difficulty connecting printer.  I operate from an ipad/mobile phone

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

I just tried your suggestion of putting the printer near the router and pressing WPS - i could see the wifi signal on the printer was flashing but it still failed to connect
