i have hp pavilion eq0035au ...in this laptop a type c port is there and mention charging and data transfer, so i buy type c to c cable now i connect my laptop and phone its start charging phone how i transfer data through it. No option comming in phone to change charging to data transfer. anyone have idea?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
From what I have understood you want to transfer data from your phone to your laptop using a Type C cable. Do not worry we're here to help you with it.
Once you connect your phone to your laptop using the cable go to This PC and you will see your phone details under the devices and drivers option from there you can save it on your laptop.
