help for hp pavilion g7 2010nr notebook pc with windows 10 64 bits

Hi:

 

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it has a Ralink WLAN Ralink Ripple3 RT5390F_802.11 b/g/n wifi adapter, which is not compatible with the newer builds of W10.

 

W10 should have automatically installed a driver for it, so my guess is it is doing the standard thing of not even showing up in the device manager.  There is no fix other than to go back to W7 or purchase an external USB wifi adapter.

 

This would have been the W10 driver to install, but it won't install if the device isn't present.
