Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laserjet pro m255dw stopped working.  Shows driver unavailable.  HP Smart shows it is ready and diagnostic prints work, but it says it can't complete the installation.   Tried all the online fora suggestions with no joy.  Thoughts?

I see that you are facing issues with your printer. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

 

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

Are you facing issues installing the HP Smart app?

May I know the error messages you are getting?
