No, it does NOT support eSIM. From page 2 of its manual, it has
Wireless wid area network (WWAN) options:
WWAN module slot built onto the system board
Dual PCIe WWAN antennas built into display assembly
Support for the HP IT4210 LTE/HSPA+ M.2 WWAN module with GPS and
Intel XMM™ 7360 LTE Advanced M.2 WWAN module with GPS WWAN modules
None of them supports eSIM option.
