Greetings @RNALLAMILLI

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are getting esrv.exe Application Error and your computer is running very slow.

Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

Recommend you run an extensive test on your computer by booting the computer to system diagnostics. Click here for assistance.

If any of the tests fail, please replace the failed component or contact our phone support for the service options available.

If all the tests pass, restart the computer.

Once the computer reaches the desktop.

Open task manager and disable any applications that you do not use on startup.

Run HP Support Assistant to make sure all the drivers are updated on your computer. Click here

I found this Microsoft forums post where it is suggested to uninstall Intel Driver Update to overcome the error you are getting on your computer.

For other troubleshooting steps to improve the performance of your computer, please refer to this HP Article

Let me know if this helped.

The issue is already fixed. I have uninstalled the app which is causing the error. Now the system is fine.
