I am facing internet fluctuation in my device and my internet provider is saying that the problem is in my device. Can you verify the same?

Hi, if your router is stable and other device’s connected to it wirelessly are working fine, then yes it seems like it’s your particular device that’s the problem. Does it work ok close to the router, if so it could be a distance  related problem. If no, then you need to look more at maybe the network card. Regards Al.
