Hi @Sgp1950,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

To change the SSID (Wi-Fi network name) that your HP OfficeJet 9010 All-in-One Printer is connected to, follow these steps:

Update the Printer's Network Connection

  1. Prepare your Wi-Fi Network:
    • Ensure your new Wi-Fi network is set up and accessible. Have your new SSID (network name) and password ready.

  2. Reinitialize the Printer Setup:
    • Tap the Wi-Fi icon on the printer's control panel to open the network menu.
    • Select Network Setup or Settings.
    • Choose Wireless Settings.
    • Select Wireless Setup Wizard. This option will help you find and connect to your new Wi-Fi network.

  3. Connect to New SSID:
    • The printer will search for available networks.
    • Select your new Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks.
    • Enter your Wi-Fi password when prompted.

  4. Confirm the Connection:
    • Once connected, a confirmation message should appear on the printer’s control panel.
    • Print a network configuration page to ensure the printer is connected to the correct network.

Additional Tips

  • Reconnect Other Devices:
    • Ensure any other devices, such as computers or smartphones, are also connected to the new Wi-Fi network.

  • HP Smart App:
    • If you use the HP Smart app, you may need to update the network settings within the app so it can communicate with the printer on the new network.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
