Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have never used this computer since it was purchased it is brand new. It had vista and i upgraded to 7. My computer is extremlely slow. I need updates and my wifi connects but can only get internet using ethernet

Your Support page has Windows 7 drivers..except Atheros:

I found this Atheros driver:

If the driver that Cheryl posted doesn't work for you, this is the one I have been giving forum members for years that resolves the issue you are experiencing with the AR 5007 wifi card.

 

This package contains the drivers for the supported Atheros Wireless LAN Adapters in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
