Product: Thin Client T655

I have 2 thin client. Both of them are connected to LAN cable (no internet connection) and be able to acces the RDP. But one thin client for the network icon showing an Ethernet icon with exclamation mark and another one showing Globe icon. How to change the Globe icon to Ethernet icon?. I already done for reset network but it didn't work. Please need advice.
