Hi:

 

If you have no mobile broadband, that means your notebook does not have the optional and expensive WWAN adapter needed to connect to the cellular service.

 

In order for the mobile broadband to work, your notebook must have one of the following model WWAN adapters listed in the device manager under the Network adapters device manager category.

 

HP lt4132 LTE/HSPA+ 4G 
Intel XMM 7360 LTE-Advanced
