Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

in a hp 15 r043tu laptop device manager detects both wifi and bluetooth internal device that is ralink. windows also shows wifi & bluetooth options . when i try to connect any bluettoth headphone , mobile or keyboard it shows searching but can not detect any  bluetooth device but when i connect usb bluetoot dongle it can connect any bluetooth device such as multi device keyboard, smart phone or other. In case of wifi internal wifi adapter can detect any neraby wifi hot spot via windows network options but it says it can not connect to this network when i try to connect. Hi, @shuvo2014

The Ralink wifi cards and W10 do not work well together since the last couple of W10 releases.

Yes, it would be advisable to replace the internal wifi adapter with another model, but I need to know how many antenna cables are connected to the Ralink wifi card you have in there now before I can suggest a replacement card.

Here is the link to the service manual.  The wifi card R & R procedures can be found in chapter 6, starting on page 61.  It is a moderately difficult job to get to where the wifi card is located.

I have a USB wifi dongle for my desktop PC that is based on the Ralink chip, but it also has newer drivers for W10, and it also works fine.

There is nothing wrong with the antenna(s) themselves.

The internal card doesn't work with W10 well, as I posted the other day.

But before I can recommend a better card for you to buy, I have to know how many antenna cables are attached to the Ralink card you have in there now.   There should be two, but there may only be one.
