i have updated to win 11 pro recently, then i suddenly have a very weak WiFi connection. It is so bad that I can’t even stay 2 meters away from the rooter or even not face directly to the rooter. I connected the hp support who asked me rolled back to win 10. But the connection issues are still not solved. I tried what people suggested here install the adapter, still doesn’t work. Could anyone help please? I never had any issues before.
what is even more annoying, HP website doesn’t recognise my product number. I can’t even use the virtual assistant to help anymore p. It is just now going anywhere. So frustrating.
I should mention that, i have a few other laptops and ipads iphones, none of these devices have this problem in any other places in my house. this HP laptop is the only one. it was always on the same desk without any connection issues. only appear after i update to win 11 pro. and yes, i did try to install the new adpater, the command promopt code, i also tried what people suggest to switch off the IPV6, under device manager > network adpater> power manager> untick 'allow computer to turn off this device to save power' . all of these doesn't change anything for me
