Hi:
You need these wifi and bluetooth drivers for the model wifi adapter your notebook comes with.
This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8723BE/RTL8188EE wireless LAN Controller in the supported models running a supported operating system.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp82501-83000/sp82801.exe
This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek Bluetooth in the supported notebook/laptop models that are running a supported operating system.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp79501-80000/sp79675.exe
You may also have to press the F12 key in order to turn on the wifi. The key with the little airplane icon on it.

You're very welcome.
Your notebook is only supported by HP for W10 64 bit, so you have really stretched things by installing an unsupported 32 bit operating system.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the graphics driver directly from AMD and hope that it works.
You want the 1st file listed on the webpage.

If the USB 3 ports don't work, download and install the amd chipset drivers and restart the PC.
