My hp envy x360 15-ee**** convertible laptop wifi constantly drops & Bluetooth wont connect after putting on windows11.

I've followed all the troubleshooters and can't get it sorted and have to resort to restarting the device just to get on the internet. My phone is dedicated with the device but no longer connects via Bluetooth. If I want to move files I have to email them or use a cable. There is no tab that says Do not allow device to disconnect. I'm not a techy.
