hp laptop 17 cn2165cl will not charge, battery is dead and will not turn on! The power cord is good at 19.75 Volts. I never experience any like this. Its less than 2 years old and of course the warranty has already expire. Any help will deeply appreciated, Thank You, JamesB.

Hello Jos1_
Thank you for relying. The laptop does not turn on. The battery is not removable, I would have to unscrew the bottom panel to get the battery out. I will try to remove the battery and I’ll let you know what happens next. Thank you again!
