Hello,
I just bought a new HP Victus 16 r1041nt laptop. I have installed all drivers from HP site. I can not connect any device on bluetooth. When i check device manager, there is bluetooth devices as below. I can turn on and of bluetooth at bluetooth devices. When i try to pair a bluetooth device, the PC did not show any devices. After searching it did not find any devices. I try to remove generic bluetooth device, then try to update driver, every time windows find same driver as "generic bluetooth adapter". I try to manually add realtek bluetooth driver and intel bluetooth driver from HP driver page. But again PC did not find any bluetooth devices and i can not connect or pair any device. When i try to update bluetooth driver from device manager while intel or realtek drivers were instelled, windows change them with generic bluetooth adapter. and it said best driver for bluetooth. I can not succeed to connect or pair any bluetooth devices on my PC properly. Even, pc can not find any bluetooh device after searching. I think that caused by wrong bluettoh driver and i can not find any proper driver for it. I also try to update with HP support asistand, again "generic bluetooh device" were added. Could you help me for solving this issue?
