He tenido la tablet guardada durante mucho tiempo.  La batería estaba completamente muerta.  Lo cargué por completo y al encenderlo tengo que elegir el idioma y el país, así que elijo inglés/Estados Unidos.  luego va a la red para wifi, mi red de Internet aparece en la lista, ingresa la contraseña, se conecta y luego se desconecta con una ventana que dice "visite" http:/hpwebos.com/support "para ayudar a resolver este problema .
