The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with a Ralink RT3290LE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination adapter.

HP PartSurfer

The Ralink Bluetooth adapter does not work on the latest builds of W10.

It completely disappears from the device manager, and there is no fix other than to replace the Ralink Wi-Fi adapter with a different model or use a USB Bluetooth adapter.

You can install either one of these dual band AC Wi-Fi adapters in your notebook where the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will work on W10:

Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo   HP part # 724935-001

Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0    HP Part # 710661-001

and is saying

The Wi-Fi adapter will not work on the newer builds of W10 whether or not you see it in the device manager.

Here is the only W10 driver Ralink released to HP for the Ralink Bluetooth, and it won't work anymore.

I have previously provided you with the options you have for Bluetooth networking.

You're very welcome.

You should be able to find either of those model Wi-Fi cards inexpensively.

And it would be a nice upgrade to the Wi-Fi too.
