Hi:

 

Please see chapter 3, page 20 of the service manual for the list of supported WWAN adapters with their HP part numbers.

 

HP EliteBook 840 G4 Notebook PCHP EliteBook 848 G4 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide

 

You can only use one of those models and they must have the HP part number on them or they will not work.

 

WWAN module
HP lt4120     HP part # 800870-001
HP It4132     HP part # 845710-001
HP hs3210   HP part # 860726-001
