Greetings, I don’t understand you not being able to reach you via phone there are option to leave a voicemail. My number is [Personal Information Removed]. I am a 77 year old single disabled female on a fixed income. I need my money. Every electronic that I have is HP. I have Over 24 years of loyalty with your company.
We have attempted filed the claim 3 time and before the deadline date. Your employees continue to tell me to resubmit the claim. So the last time we did was in October. We submit the claims and wait. It is impossible to reach you. And it is so stressful and time consuming. I am requesting that you solve this in my favor because communication with you all is unsatisfactory almost a joke.
Please read my review it has all the information in it and not deny me my money. Now before I proceed further, I am hoping that you will give me back the $200 Care pack Rebate so that I do not have to accelerate this to higher levels including corporate and social media. I am positive that I can make a negative impact on your business. And I will. I have spent so many hours trying to get my money.
Please let me know how I can get my $200 rebate.
