Hi @Plzhelpmesir,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your laptop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Restart Your Router and Laptop:

  • Turn off your router, wait for about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  • Restart your HP laptop after the router is fully operational.

Check Network Drivers:

  • Go to Device Manager -> Network adapters -> Right-click on your Realtek adapter -> Select "Update driver" -> Choose "Search automatically for updated driver software".
  • If an update is available, install it. If not, ensure you are using the latest driver version from HP's support website.

Verify Network Settings:

  • Open Settings -> Network & Internet -> Status -> Network and Sharing Center.
  • Click on your Wi-Fi connection, then click on "Properties". Ensure that "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" are checked.

Forget and Reconnect to the Network:

  • Go to Settings -> Network & Internet -> Wi-Fi -> Manage known networks.
  • Select your Wi-Fi network and click "Forget". Then try reconnecting to it.

Check for Windows Update:

  • Sometimes, Windows updates can resolve underlying software issues. Go to Settings -> Update & Security -> Windows Update -> Check for updates.

Disable IPv6:

  • Sometimes disabling IPv6 can resolve internet connectivity issues. Go to Network and Sharing Center -> Change adapter settings -> Right-click on your active Wi-Fi connection -> Properties -> Uncheck "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" -> Click OK.

Run Network Troubleshooter:

  • Go to Settings -> Update & Security -> Troubleshoot -> Internet Connections -> Run the troubleshooter.

I hope this helps.
