Hi:
I doubt either will work.
Most Intel cards won't work in an AMD notebook unless the Intel card is listed a supported in the service manual, and you would have to buy the specific card with that part number.
The biggest problem you have is your notebook comes with only one Wi-Fi antenna wire connected to the existing card if it is a Realtek RTL8188EE.
Any Intel card would require two antenna wires in order to work properly.
Adding a second antenna wire would require you to order the dual antenna kit listed in chapter 3 of the manual to add the missing antenna, and it would require extensive disassembly of the notebook to do so.
However, there is one dual band AC card you can do a direct swap to, and that is this one.
Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1x1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005.
The card has a maximum throughput of 433 MBPS on the 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi band with an AC router and an excellent signal.
You can find this model on eBay, or Ali Express.
I see some Intel 3165 cards listed on the eBay listings, so don't buy those.

RTL8821CE - Buy RTL8821CE with free shipping on AliExpress
On the Ali Express listings, make sure the card has the HP Part # of 915620-001.
You can also check your local PC repair shops in the area to see if they have any of that model card they will sell you.

No, because the Intel 3165 also needs two antenna wires to work properly.
Its throughput specs are the same as the Realtek card I posted (max of 433 MBPS).
Now, if you want to install the Intel 3165, you should connect the single antenna wire to the card's 'Main' antenna terminal, but you will not have Bluetooth. No BT reception without the second antenna wire.
The Realtek card's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth is designed to work with only one antenna wire.

Hi:
My 255 G7 notebooks both have Bluetooth networking directly from the RTL8821CE Wi-Fi card.
The Bluetooth radio is integrated to the Wi-Fi card's circuit board.
All combination Wi-Fi/Bluetooth cards work that way.
No need for any other hardware.
