after using the laptop with rtl8821ce for 2 days the 2.5 Ghz Wi-Fi  signal is very low(almost null) only one point shows in Wi-Fi icon, the 5 Ghz signal is good

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that kind of problem.

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Wi-Fi driver to the latest version HP has for the RTL8821CE.

That didn't solved my problem , Is your rtl8821ce has same issue or i have to ask them for replacement of mine for this issue?

My Realtek 8821CE Wi-Fi card has the same part number as shown in the HP 255 G7 service manual.

Update - I have installed intel 3168 wireless card in my laptop and it's working fine , both 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz WIFI network have good range in my laptop now and Bluetooth also working fine
