I have intermittent sound when connecting my galaxy buds2 pro by bluetooth to my pavilion running windows 11. I have tried updating bluetooth and headset drivers with no success. The buds work fine on a Lenova PC running Windows 11 and they work fine on my Samsung phone. I believe it is a driver issue. I only have 2 approved drivers to choose from and neither will work.  This is very frustrating as I just got the earbuds.

I had the same issue and downloaded Galaxy Buds app in the Microsoft Store. Resolved the issue for me.

Thanks for the suggestion. That worked for my son on his Lenova laptop. It did not work for me on my HP laptop. Very frustrating as I can't use the buds with my computer. Are there any other suggestions?
