I can't be able to connect the Wi-Fi and USB tethering in my HP 15s -fq5111TU laptop the main issue is the Realtek rtl8822ce 802.11ac PCIE adapter is get issue and also the TAP-windows Adapter v9 also get issue pls help me to fix the issue

I understand you're facing issues with your Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCIE Wi-Fi adapter and the TAP-Windows Adapter V9 on your HP 15s-fq5111TU laptop. I'll guide you through a series of steps to fix this problem. Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Uninstall and Reinstall the Wi-Fi Adapter Driver
Open Device Manager:
- Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
Locate Network Adapters:
- Expand the Network adapters section and find the Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCIE adapter.
Uninstall the Wi-Fi Driver:
- Right-click on the Realtek RTL8822CE adapter and select Uninstall device.
- Check the box that says Delete the driver software for this device, then click Uninstall.
Reboot the Laptop:
- Restart your laptop, and Windows should automatically reinstall the Wi-Fi adapter.
Download the Latest Drivers:
- Go to the official HP Support website and download the latest driver for your Realtek RTL8822CE Wi-Fi adapter based on your laptop model.
- Install the downloaded driver and restart your laptop again.
Step 2: Reset TAP-Windows Adapter V9
The TAP-Windows Adapter V9 is often used by VPNs. To fix issues with this adapter:
- Uninstall TAP-Windows Adapter V9:
- Go back to Device Manager and expand the Network adapters section.
- Find the TAP-Windows Adapter V9, right-click it, and choose Uninstall device.
- Reinstall TAP Adapter (if required by your VPN):
- If you are using a VPN, reinstall the TAP adapter through the VPN's setup or configuration.
Step 3: Check for Windows Updates
- Update Windows:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
- Click Check for updates to ensure your system has the latest updates installed.
Step 4: Reset Network Settings
If the above steps don’t solve the issue, reset the network settings:
Open Network Reset:
- Press Win + I to open Settings.
- Go to Network & Internet > Status.
- Scroll down and click Network reset.
Restart the PC:
- After resetting the network, restart your laptop and try reconnecting to Wi-Fi.
Step 5: Disable Power Management for the Adapter
- Open Device Manager again.
- Right-click on the Realtek RTL8822CE adapter and choose Properties.
- Go to the Power Management tab and uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
Step 6: Update BIOS (Optional but Useful)
Sometimes, an outdated BIOS can cause Wi-Fi issues.

- Download the latest BIOS update for your laptop model.
Install and Restart:
