hi i don't know much about computers but I've recently had a up date on my windows 10 and i think it damaged my Bluetooth driver or something like that also In device manager, Bluetooth Device only shows up after I set device manager to show hidden devices and once I do that the only thing under the Bluetooth Device is "Ralink Bluetooth PCIe Adapter that has a yellow exclamation point sign in the logo.
when i click update driver then click search for automatic drivers it says that windows has determined that the best driver is already installed , they may be better drivers on windows update or the driver manufacture website.
I don't understand what that really means but at the lower part of the page it says search for updated drivers on windows update and nothing happens
but now when i try again but click properties this time this is what pops up:
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. The signing certificate for this file has been revoked.
so i thought that maybe i just need to get a download windows 10 but my device cant run that, or because it was after that update i got from when i shut down my pc before this whole problem happened. on my pc (irl pc box) a link: www.hp.com/support it does not help me in anyway at all.
i also have a problem with my Logitech Z313speaker system too, I've trouble shoot it many times it says:
the audio peripheral doesn't appear to be plugged in check the connection. if I'm being honest I'm not sure on what that means and if i trouble shoot it again it says something appears to be unplugged. (also i tried to trouble shoot Bluetooth aswell and it says : Bluetooth is not able on this device please try using a external adapter to add Bluetooth capability to this computer)( im dont really know how to do that aswell)
please please please if there is anyone out there to help me just feel free to let me know

Same issue. Ralink RT3298 doesn't work because Microsoft has invalidated drivers signature. Device PCI\VEN_1814&DEV_3298&SUBSYS_18EC103C
One of drivers files is now unsigned - RT3298.BIN
Same issue downloading it again from - https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71572.exe
Even worse. Windows update also tries to install same unsigned driver. Microsoft fault which is not even addressed.
Please HP as Microsoft and Mediatek(Ralink) partner solve this issue as we are left helpless as individuals can't sign drivers on behalf of companies.

This older driver does work for me at least as workaround - https://catalog.s.download.windowsupdate.com/d/msdownload/update/driver/drvs/2015/07/200005779_a0042...
Driver 11/13/2013,2.9.25.1000
