Hi @strapZ101
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your Bluetooth is frequently disappearing on your HP Victus 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop running Windows 11, here are some troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve the issue:
1. Update Bluetooth Drivers:
- Device Manager:
- Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager.
- Expand the Bluetooth section.
- Right-click on your Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver. Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
2. Disable Power Saving for Bluetooth:
- Sometimes, power-saving settings can disable Bluetooth:
- In Device Manager, right-click on your Bluetooth adapter and select Properties.
- Go to the Power Management tab.
- Uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
3. Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter:
- Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
- Find and run the Bluetooth troubleshooter.
4. Check Windows Updates:
- Ensure your Windows is up to date:
- Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for updates.
5. Reset Bluetooth Stack:
- Open Device Manager, right-click on your Bluetooth adapter, and select Uninstall device.
- Restart your laptop. Windows will automatically reinstall the Bluetooth driver.
6. Disable and Re-enable Bluetooth:
- Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
- Toggle Bluetooth off and then back on.
7. Check for Interference:
- Ensure there are no devices causing interference with Bluetooth, such as other wireless devices or USB 3.0 devices close to the Bluetooth adapter.
8. Check BIOS Settings:
- Restart your laptop and enter the BIOS setup (usually by pressing F10 during boot).
- Check if Bluetooth is enabled in the BIOS settings.
9. Reset Network Settings:
- Go to Settings > Network & internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset. This will reset all your network adapters, including Bluetooth.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
