Product: HP Notebook - 17-bs018cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,  I have an HP Laptop 17-bs018cl  (Model # 2KW15UA#ABA)  I was using my mouse earlier today and it was normal.  Now there is no sign of Bluetooth on my computer.  Can you please explain the steps to getting a driver update?  Should I go to my device manager and delete each one?  I would appreciate the help, thanks  Jan
