my laptop bluetooth is not is not working.i tried everything but it is not showing any deviices in searching area.

See if installing this W8.1 driver for that adapter resolves the problem...

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?

 

Did you install the W8.1 Bluetooth driver for the model wifi adapter your notebook has?

 

it won't work with the generic Bluetooth driver that Windows installs.
