Hello 

I have problem in my Bluetooth connecting .

some my device automatic turn off my bluetooth and than I couldn't able to connect reagain

Apologies for the issue with your HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-fc0000 (733M5AV) on Windows 11. Here are some steps to troubleshoot:

Troubleshooting Steps

Check Bluetooth Power Management Settings

  • Open Device Manager > Bluetooth > Right-click your adapter > Properties.
  • Under Power Management, uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."

Update Bluetooth Drivers

  • Visit HP’s support page and download the latest Bluetooth drivers.
  • Alternatively, update drivers via Device Manager > Bluetooth > Update Driver.

Disable Fast Startup

  • Open Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do.
  • Click Change settings that are currently unavailable, then uncheck "Turn on fast startup."

Restart Bluetooth Services

  • Press Win + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter.
  • Find Bluetooth Support Service, right-click, and select Restart.

Run Windows Troubleshooter

  • Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other Troubleshooters > Bluetooth.

Check for Windows Updates

  • Ensure your system is fully updated via Settings > Windows Update.
