To resolve WiFi issues on your HP Notebook - 14s-dk0093au, you can try the following steps:

1. Verify WiFi Settings:

  • Ensure WiFi is enabled in Windows.
  • Go to the Network settings and verify if the WiFi toggle is turned on.

2. Check WiFi Drivers:

  • Go to Device Manager.
  • Expand the "Network adapters" section and see if the WiFi adapter is listed.
  • If the WiFi adapter is not listed or shows a yellow exclamation mark, you may need to reinstall the WiFi drivers.

3. Reinstall WiFi Drivers:

  • Visit the HP software and drivers page and enter your laptop model "HP Notebook - 14s-dk0093au".
  • Download the latest WiFi drivers applicable for your model.
  • Install the downloaded drivers and restart your laptop.

4. Use HP Support Assistant:

  • HP Support Assistant comes preinstalled on HP devices. It can help you keep your PC up to date with drivers and other software.
  • If it’s not installed, you can download it from HP Support Assistant.
  • Use HP Support Assistant to check for and install any necessary updates or missing drivers for your WiFi adapter.
