Your download and upload speeds are determinant on a few things.

1) The bandwidth that you purchase from your ISP.

2) The capabilities of the wireless router either you use or that your ISP provides.

3) the band of wifi connection you are connected to a 2.4 or 5 Ghz SSID connection?   Have you set it up as 802.11 a,b,g,n or ac?

You have not provided enough specific information in terms of how you have configured your notebook's wifi connection or that of your router.  Providing specific information is a good thing.

Thanks for the information

1) Our Bandwidth is 200 Mbps

2) Unifi Router High quality

3) 5 GHz

Others users are working fine with the same wifi conneciton

Unfortunately, you have not identified your router with a brand and model.

"Unifi Router High quality " What does that mean?

How have you connected it to your ISP router?

What other users?  That is a new factor you did mention before.

"Others users are working fine with the same wifi conneciton "

Be more specific than a general statement. What is fine for one user is terrible for another. It is a relative thing.
