I download "wireshark" software to check network traffic, after that ethernet local address network adapter turned into npcap loopback adapter.I uninstalled npcap application now ethernet driver option also deleted.I tried to install "intel network adapter" but during installation it shows "your system not have intel (R) network adaptor" what is the solution?

Hi, @kamal1999
Looking at the product specs for your notebook, I don't see that it even comes with an ethernet adapter for wired network, nor are there ethernet drivers listed on the support page.
So...only you know if you have an ethernet cable plugged into the PC right now, and I will have to assume that you do.
Any HP consumer class notebook such as yours that was made in the last 8 years or so, has a Realtek ethernet adapter.
You can install the latest ethernet adapter for your model notebook directly from Realtek.
Download, unzip and run the setup application from the W10 driver at the link below...

Hi
Dunno.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-15-cn0000-x360-convertible-pc/20270292
HP Wireless Button Driver (Windows 10 v1803) | 2.1.7.1 Rev.A | 0.6 MB | Nov 5, 2018 | Download |
and 7 Network Drivers, for Intel and Realtek.
Maybe this would help...
@ECHO OFF
getmac
netsh lan show interfaces
netsh wlan show drivers
netsh wlan show interfaces
PAUSE
systeminfo
PowerShell -Command "Get-NetAdapter"
PowerShell -Command "Get-NetAdapter -Name * | Format-Table -View Driver"
PowerShell -Command "GIP -Detailed"
PowerShell -Command "Test-NetConnection"
PAUSE
Copy and paste into Notepad and save somewhere accessible as LBB.bat (not with a txt extension) and post any relevant results.
