just received a new ultra i7 laptop last thursday.
my configuration is:

My issue is as follows:
Since the device doesn't have any RJ45's, I need to find a networking device that meets the needs of the onboard WiFi 7 capabilities. Preferably I am requesting assistance for a device that will match
Not sure if I need a straight Arris router or modem router that will allow me to connect to the internet.
I would appreciate any assistance that would fit my needs so I can finish the after sale load and get back to work.

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Choose the Right Modem/Router
Since your HP laptop supports Wi-Fi 7, you'll want a modem/router that supports DOCSIS 3.1 (for fast internet) and either Wi-Fi 6E or Wi-Fi 7.
Set Up the Device
Plug the modem into your internet cable.
Connect the modem to the Wi-Fi router (either separately or in one unit).
Power everything on.
Configure Your Wi-Fi Router
Open your browser and go to the router’s setup page (usually something like 192.168.1.1).
Set up your Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password.
Save the settings.
Connect Your Laptop
On your HP OmniBook 7, click the Wi-Fi icon, find your network, and enter the password to connect.
Test Your Connection
Check your internet speed to make sure everything’s working properly.

I want to thank Garp_senchau for his initial intake as it may wake up a little bit, due to the fact that Astound also lent their assistance in determining that the Arris G18 was DOA as the device didn't recognize the power cord being plugged in.
Garp_senchau also stated steps for me to follow, but will have to wait as I'm unable to continue the post installation of the Omnibook, since I have no networking device to configure as stated above.
Will have to rethink if Arris devices are the way to go as Astound also support Netgear and Motorola. Will have to wait a little longer as what cable modem would best serve me.

Thanks for the open invite.
Networking setup had a little catch, but easily fix by your staff from Palo Alto. Keep those calls coming!
Not sure if my n/w issues that I now have are a HP or Microsoft issues, as authentication into installed programs that are commonly used are both. Even with the new install I inputted my new phone, but the system always prompts me with the old number and there is an issue with the prompt response stating 'try another way' which keeps looping back over and over. How do I get the system to remember new information? Also have an issue with looking in my Gapp and being prompted to key in the number, instead I receive a response that there is no internet connectivity!
