the ping spikes every 30 seconds and goes above 100ms whereas normally it stays around 9 ms.

this cycle repeats every 30 seconds it is almost impossible to play any fps game

here is a picture of the issue. normally ping is almost stable but every 30 seconds there is a massive spike
