problem in switching S6500 HP speaker

Hello,

I have a 6500 wireless speaker. It's new as I bought it yesterday. 

I charged it all day and night, but the problem is that I couldn't switch it on and it is not working at all.

the lights are not on, and I don't know if it is charging or not.

I attempted to charge it with a different USB cable but there's no result. 

please help me to switch it on, as I  could not use it

Since this is an Out OF Box Failure, I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for replacement speakers

 


1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

 

You can also contact the place of purchase if it was purchased from a Store and they will get it replaced
