Salve, ho acquistato da un mese circa un laptop ovviamente hp, dopo qualche giorno avendolo collegato a monitor esterno, ho comprato delle casse bluetooth.

ho notato subito un rallentamento non di poco di internet.

ho gia provato a collegare le casse ad altri pc o cellulari e non ho avuto nessun problema, ma sul mio laptop persiste.

es. non carica un video di youtube o addirittura non fa partire una canzone da spotify.

se parte continua a saltare o fermarsi.

avete qualche consiglio?
