hi guys, I bought this laptop last year, but since that moment, every time that I'm connected to a Bluetooth device (such as my headphones) my wifi network drops down. Honestly, I don't know if the Bluetooth interferes with the pc wifi network, but it happens every time I switch it on.
Hope you guys can help me.
Thank you,
GG.

Hi:
What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?
If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the network adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

hi,
so I can't find the network adapters device manager, but I've found that the name of the Bluetooth device is "Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth (R)" but I can't find the real name/code of it. On the other hand, the name of the wifi device is " Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265".
Thank you,
GG.

You're very welcome.
The only suggestion I can offer, would be to update the wifi and Bluetooth drivers to their latest versions and restart the PC.
Sometimes the wifi and Bluetooth will interfere with each other if your wifi card is connected to the 2.4 GHz wifi band, since the Bluetooth also works on the 2.4 GHz wifi band.
Make sure you set the Intel wifi adapter to automatically connect to your home network's 5.0 GHz wifi connection.
