The Wi-Fi connection drops randomly and gives a "Wi-Fi unavailable" error. Restarting the computer fixes the problem, but it keeps happening repeatedly.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, and even though I separated the Wi-Fi connection into 2.4GHz and 5GHz, the problem was not resolved.

Possibly "fast start" is loading an image of the OS that has Wi-Fi disabled.

Disable fast start
To disable fast startup on Windows, open the Control Panel, navigate to Power Options, then "Choose what the power buttons do," and under Shutdown settings, uncheck the "Turn on fast startup" box; if the option is greyed out, click "Change settings that are currently unavailable" first.

Re-enable fast startup once system starts working.

Possibly the signal is dropping out.

Log into the router and Be sure to find the channel that has the least amount of noise

This doesn't only happen when the computer is turned on; for example, there's no problem right now, but then the Wi-Fi disconnects randomly after a day.  I did what you said. Should I keep fast startup permanently disabled?  And sometimes when my computer starts up, it opens as if it's a new user; my data is still there, but my desktop has changed and some files are missing.

When the system is online and seems to be working fine, then enable fast start.

You might want to log into the router and look for signal strength and retry errors

There is no problem with my network; this issue is originating from my computer. This problem also occurs when I use a different Wi-Fi network.

I assume your laptop was purchased in your area and that the Wi-Fi card meets requirements for your area (country)

There are a list of 5ghz channels for Turkey that can be used as described here

You may need to contact HP support in your area and find if your Wi-Fi adapter is the correct one to use and if there are certain channels that should not be used.  Typically, running a routers "find best channel" is all that is needed.

Or contact the closest authorized service center

You might ask about a Wi-Fi adapter upgrade.  I personally have had bad experience with RealTek adapters in the past.  Intel adapters are not compatible with some AMD motherboards.
