Hi, I have a brand new HP Pavilion Laptop 15.
Recently I bought a Bluetooth mouse. Since then, Wifi connection drops so often (no more than 30 min aprox), then the WiFi icon shows with the yellow alert.
I have tested in 4 different wifi locations, switching on and off Bluetooth on the laptop. The result is always the same (Bluetooth On = wifi will drop off in a few minutes)
Model = HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cc5xx
Product = 1GR15LA#ABM
Status = Factory restored, Win updates applied
Realtek driver = 2023.66.330.2018
I have also changed WiFi controller attributes to make it more stable, but it didn't make any difference ("Arp offload", "ht mode", etc)
Thanks so much

Happy to hear that your issue has been fixed.
When you tried updating the computer, there might be no updates available and that's why you got the message.
Have a great day ahead!
