Where I work we have several EliteBook 845 G8 with realtek rtl8822ce 802.11ac pcie adapter. At the access point we have enable the 802.11K option. That is causing issues with voice communication over skype and avaya. Audio breaks and has noise for us and the person at the other end. We install the latest driver available from the pc manufacturer (driver version 2024.0.10.224) and still won’t work.
Is there any particular setup / driver update we can try?

Hi:
Those are terrible Wi-Fi cards.
There is a newer driver you can try, and there may be a remote chance it will help.

You may want to do what this person did and upgrade to one of the Intel cards I posted in the discussion...
